Through my family life I understand how daunting a separation can be. Fear can overwhelm rational thinking and make the legal processes all the more challenging. This is where I want to be able to help you. From a personal level I can understand your emotions, and help you navigate through them to achieve as close to your desired outcome as possible. A separation typically includes more than just leaving your former partner, but drags with it child custody issues, property, and living arrangements. The issues listed above obviously can become even more convoluted when there are allegations (valid or invalid) of abuse.

I have experience navigating the Protection From Abuse (PFA) process from both ends of the spectrum. As a law enforcement officer I have witnessed valid and dangerous allegations of abuse. I also understand that PFAs have been used as false weapons in custody situations. Situations where a PFA have become necessary are especially delicate to navigate and take the utmost scrutiny. It is important to ensure that the safety of all family members has been established while also ensuring that the legal process is not being abused to circumvent custody or property related issues. If you are in an abusive relationship and need help, or if you have been made the subject of false allegations, I WILL FIGHT FOR YOU!

I am also happy to assist with any other family related issues such as adoption or child fostering related questions.
